Social enterprises that serve health needs in low income countries typically scale their solutions through public systems (i.e government) or through the private sector (i.e. traditional commercial models). This Oxford-style debate will settle once and for all which way is superior to the other. Two portfolio entrepreneurs of the Every Woman Every Child Innovation Marketplace will hash this question out, leading our community to new insights about scaling digital health organizations.
